Russell Eugene Cellier, age 57, a resident of Sierra Vista, Ariz., passed away Monday, Dec. 20, 2010. He was born Oct. 12, 1953, in Tucson, Ariz.

Cardiac failure

Russell served his country first as a member of the Regular Army, ending his enlistment in 1975 at Fort Huachuca. Russell continued his service to his country by entering the Army Civilian Service, where he retired from Network Enterprise Technology Command/9th US Signal Command (Army) in 2008.

Russell is survived by his former wife, Lupe Ginger Aguilar of Willcox; stepchildren, Michelle Aguilar and Michael Aguilar, both of Willcox; granddaughters, Jessica and Melissa Teeters of Willcox. He also leaves behind many close friends and co-workers who will miss him.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, at the Southern Arizona Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Sierra Vista.
