Cellier Watches
We discovered a nice Ballif and Cellier pocket watch at the Musée international d'horlogerie, in La Chaux-de-Fonds, during our July 2010 visit.
(The author documents Cellier ancestors born in Basel in 1804, mother née Ballif. Related Cellier ancestors and Ballif relatives lived in La Ferrière, close to La Chaux-de-Fonds, in the late 1700s).

Cousin François found this additional example, up for auction in November 2013, during a January 2014 web search. This alarm watch has the signature (Ballif et Cellier, Bale, N.1869) inside, but not on the face:

In early 2015 another watch surfaced in the very south of Switzerland, again with signature (Ballif et Cellier; A Bale; N.1687) inside, but not on the face:
